hi, this is your webmaster z. i made this website in 2022 mostly because i missed the pre-coporate internet era. (and of course because coding html is fun!!) this is a place where i come to express myself and talk about my life. you can consider this a labor of love and my love letter to the old web.

as for who i am... i'm in my late twenties, i live in the midwest region of the usa with my partner of 13 years with our two spoiled-rotten cats and snake. i'm genderfluid - some days i'm a girl and other days i'm a boy. i'm autistic. i came to that conclusion some time ago after some misdiagnoses... it's brought me a lot of clarity on why i am the way that i am, why my life has been the way it has. i've loved music my entire life and i can confidently say that i wouldn't be here without it. i'm also a life-long artist. ever since i could hold a pencil i've been making art. (now that i think about it, making art for me has been closely tied to my special interests.) i also love watching movies! you can find a list of some of my favorites on my media shelf. music, movies and art and all parts of my inner-world, my ancient, eternal escape from real life.

when i'm not working on this site (which is a lot of the time), you can find me playing video games, making art, drinking coffee, or eating a gas station hot dog.
